Delivery Timelines
- Orders placed before 10am get delivered within 24 hours (Harare only)
- Orders placed after 10am? Expect delivery within 24-48 hours.
- Outside Harare? Expect delivery within 24-48 hours
We partner with SWIFT to deliver outside Harare to all the major cities and towns. If you’re in a rural area, you can collect from your nearest SWIFT depot.
Delivery Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm (nationwide)
- Saturday: 8am-1pm (Harare only)
- Sundays: We rest (and you should too!)

Delivery Fees (harare only)
We keep our delivery pricing simple and transparent — no surprises at checkout.
Harare deliveries are charged as follows:
- US$4 minimum delivery fee for orders up to 1kg
- For larger orders, add US$1 for every additional 2kg (or part thereof)
Here’s how it works in practice:
- 1kg → US$4
- 2–3kg → US$5
- 4–5kg → US$6
- 6–7kg → US$7
Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order
Delivery Fees (outside harare)
Deliveries outside Harare are priced by weight, due to distance and handling.
You have two options:
- US$5 per kg
(e.g. 2kg = US$10 delivery)
OR
- Flat rate: US$15 for 5kgs
- Plus $5 per kg for anything extra
Example:
- 7kg order → $15 (first 5kg) + $10 (2kg) = $25
Perfect for family orders, group buys, or serious whole-grain lovers.

Prefer to pick up yourself? No problem. Purchase online and select “in-person collection” at checkout. We’ll send you a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with our shop address (next to Bond St. Shops, Mt. Pleasant, Harare) and collection details.
Important: Please collect within 48 hours of payment and bring proof of payment with you.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship the same day and arrive within 24-48 hours. Weekend orders go out on Monday. If something unexpectedly goes out of stock, we’ll let you know immediately and give you an updated timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now, we’re focused on serving our Zimbabwean community.
What about returns and refunds?
Because we sell food items, we don’t accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered — except if a product arrives damaged or incorrect.
